Fill Que with ONLY posts = today OR last "n" posts

Yes, this is a fantastic idea and I have already thought about introducing this feature in next releases. Also I would like to add an option to from which custom post type to import those.

Incidentally, when you schedule posts to be tweeted, how far apart are they? A minute between each? Two minutes? A formula like “number of posts / 60 minutes = a tweet every “n” minute?

Not sure I follow your query here. Posts are being tweeted as per the schedule in Settings > Schedule. Therefore the interval between each tweet depends on the time set yourself.

If you chose a schedule of Monday at 8:00am, and there are 10 tweets in your que, are they all tweeted at the same time at 8:00am? Or are they at 8:00, 8:01, 8:02, 8:03, 8:04, 8:05, 8:06, 8:07, 8:08, 8:09…?

Oh I see what you mean.

There is no bulk tweeting at the minute. One time in the schedule equals one sent tweet. For example if you have only 8:00 AM as your tweeting time for each day, the plugin will send 7 tweets per week (1 per day at 8 AM).

You are saying that if my only scheduled time is 8:00am on monday then TW will tweet the first item in the que…then wait until NEXT monday to tweet the 2nd item in the que.

So if I want to tweet 20 items, I need to set 20 different que times.

Suggestion: Allow bulk tweeting by start time and end time. The user sets a “what time would you like to start your tweets?” time and a “maximum que time.” Your program tweets each item in your que at random times between the start time and the max time that the user stated (if length between start and max time is 1 hour and there are 20 items than 60 mins / 20 items = every 3 minutes…
