    So I’m using the /postname/ permalink type, and the roots theme (if you’re familiar with its URL re-writing, but mainly for content/templates only).

    I get the usual “Fill out the previous page” first excuse. I read that maybe it had something to do with permalinks, so I tried by postid and I see “sent successfully” instead. No email goes out, so it’s just plain broken.

    And yes..I’ve tried all the suggestions I’ve seen floating around…

    I’m in the same boat. Can’t get this plugin to work for the life of me.

    Keep getting the “Please fill out the form on the previous page” error.

    Too bad … I was really hoping this plugin would do the trick.

    Not sure why this wasn’t happening on my website until this past week, but since it is I was able to resolve it. This issue happens on servers with magic quotes turned off. I was checking for magic quotes, but apparently wordpress also adds slashes.

    Please try version 1.3.6. “Please fill out the form on the previous page” error should be fixed.

    Bizarre. I just installed Joomla for a laugh today on the same server and was getting errors telling me to turn magic quotes off, so if they were on, are you sure that’s 100% why? I already finished development on my forms, but I may test it out again for you.

    Strange. For my server at least, this was the problem. The fix has resolved this issue for a couple other users as well.
