• Hi!

We’re really enjoying the look of this plugin – it feels super professional and we love that it can easily be added to any page or post through the use of a shortcode.

Saying that, we’re really missing a question type function for ‘fill in the blank’ questions.

An example of this can be found on the following page (scroll down and click ‘Let’s Play!’): https://quizly.co/fill-in-the-blanks-quiz/

Would it be possible to add this functionality to the plugin, or is it in there already?

    Kind regards,

    Christine

    Hi @christineclem ,

    Thank you for the topic.

Yes, you can create your preferred question.
You need just to create a radio type question, put underscores in it and write the answers.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
    Thank you

    Hi again,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

Here’s an example of a question I’d like to include in my quiz:
“Alterable variables are factors that impact upon student ___ and can be ___ by individual teachers in their teaching practices.”

This question has two correct answers – learning and controlled. Using the radio list I can only have one correct answer. I also do not want people to be able to choose an answer – instead, I want people taking the quiz to have to think and type in their answers where the underscores are located.

    Is that possible?

    Thank you,

    Christine

    Hi again,

Is there any chance you would consider developing this function? That would be massively appreciated.

    Best,

    Hi @christineclem ,

    Thank you for your reply.
Somehow, you can use the question type Text and Short Text, and the users can type their answers(for example comma separated).

We will let you know if your mentioned functionality is ready.
    Thank you for your understanding.
