fill extended fields via ldap, like company

  • Hi there,

    first of all I have to thank you for your great plugin!
    We use it to authenticate our users and assign them to the right group in wordpress.

    Since we now use it for some months, we are missing only one feature. We would like to see the additional fields like address, company and so on to be filled via LDAP. Is there a way to realise this?

    I’m really sorry about that.

    Regarding your question: As the “additional fields” are not default fields in WordPress that’s kind of a hard thing to do that by default…

    I would rather see that as a second plugin (or a plugin to the current one). Currently I’m not thinking of building that, but when you can do a bit of coding it should be possible to have a look at the current code and add that part.
