Fill excerpt field in post types / custom post types dynamically with shortcodes

Hi guys,

I created a custom post type which is for showing projects of a specific company. I designed the template and the custom post type. Within the post type I deactivated the editor and instead of that, included a custom field as a short description field.

Now in my elementor blog grid I want to show this field but I am only able to activate the default “excerpt” – When I include ACF shortcodes manually in my post excerpt, it works fine. But is there a way to automatically predefine the excerpt field for new posts?
