Filezilla wont connect

    Hi, im trying to verify with google, and i have to upload the code to my site. I’m trying to do this via filezilla, but trying to connect im getting this error

    Status: Connecting to 70.36.54.174:21…
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Could not connect to server
    Status: Waiting to retry…
    Status: Connecting to 70.36.54.174:21…
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Could not connect to server
    Status: Disconnected from server
    Status: Connecting to 70.36.54.174:21…
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

    The firewall is not active, so im not sure what else it could be? Could this be an error if the password is incorrect? Or….

    Check with your hosting service in regards to FTP issues. FTP access is up to them and how they configure their servers.

    Have you tried contacting your host regarding this? I’d recommend to do so, you should be able to log onto FTP with no issue.

    Let me know what they say.
