    Hi Marco,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

    I haven’t been able to replicate this, or see this happen before so it is really strange. Just to confirm, do all files have the ‘m’ added to the end of the file URL. Does this only happen in the frontend and not the backend?

    If possible, could I kindly ask if you could send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console after uploading a file in the frontend in order to determine if there are any errors in the request, or before the request. The console can be opened by right-clicking on the page and clicking on Inspect Element and then clicking on the Console tab. This will help a lot in debugging this further.

    As this is related to the Pro version, could I kindly ask if you could send me an email to [email protected] so that I can assist you more effectively, as the forums are mainly for the basic version.
