Files not uploading, no topics are created

  • Hi team,

    We are using this “GD bbPress Attachments” plugin on our website.

    We have set the upload limit as 32 MB in the plugin settings with maximum files to upload as 4 and then we have tried uploaded 4 images (15 MB, each 3 to 4 MB) in the forum.

    We see that the forum page is processing for some time and display this error:
    Chrome – This site can’t be reached
    Firefox – Secure Connection Failed

    We have checked our error logs and we don’t see any errors regarding the image upload issue.

    Please help us to fix this issue and let us know if we are missing any setting in the plugin.

    This looks like the error on the server side, but you don’t see any errors. Can you check if the PHP error logging is active, or use WordPress Debug into file mode. If that fails, check with your hosting company.
