Files not found in Media list on the Dashboard

I have recently migrated my website data from one server to another.
Now I am having one problem.
Some of the files are there in the respective folder on my CPanel, they are being downloaded properly, but they are not listed in Media Library list.
What should I do?One example is given below: https://www.vsagar.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Bifocal-Vocational-Electronics-syllabus-with-complete-details.pdf
On this link the file “Bifocal-Vocational-Electronics-syllabus-with-complete-details.pdf” is downloaded properly but is not displayed in Media Library.
I have to edit the contents in its attachment page, but can not find the file.So please help…
