Files not being listed

    I have installed the plugin no problem.

    I run through a site clone and it seems to work just fine, but doesn’t copy any files.

    On inspection the db tables are copied just fine, but no files are listed to be copied.

    As a test I have made all permissions on all the folders including wwwroot 777, no difference.

    When I got to delete it, it lists the folder OK, but obviously it has no contents.

    I’m on a windows server.

    Hi Marc,

    this is highly likely a permission issue on your server. The file owner of wwwdata must be the same than the owner of the server at least the owner must be able to write to files.

    In one of the threads here there is a resolving instruction for windows server.Unfortunately i do not find it actually. Maybe you have more luck. (its and older thread)

    If you are able to install and update plugins from the wordpress repository your permissions should be fine. If this is not working you have to adjust your server permissions.
