I looked and it doesn’t backup database either, just the wp config file and a upgrade file in upgrade folder.

An upgrade ‘file’? What’s the file name?

And have you turned on debugging to see what the output says?

It’s a sgl file in the wp-content upgrade folder.
I haven’t turned on debugging. I can try that and get back with you.

The sql file Is your database ??

How big is your WP-content folder? It sounds like it’s too big for the plugin to backup and thus it times out.

If you set the plugin to only back up the database, it may work, though that depends on how big that database is.

The site is 10gb but I have a vps. You should make the plugin to work so large sites to. Maybe uploading files to dreamhost objects and they zip them.

You didn’t read the FAQ I see.

How big a site can this back up?

PHP has a hard limit of 2G (see Why can’t I upload or download files greater than 2GB?), so as long as this is uploading a zip of your content, it will be stuck there. Sorry.

That’s not my fault, it’s PHP being a moron and blowing chunks :/

I have considered it the other way, but it’s more brutal on shared.
