Files not appearing when browsed

I cloned a site at the owners request: https://cigarleisure.com
The new site is exactly the same with some of the product lines removed:
https://humidorsrus.com
The original site I can upload images normally. The humidorsrus site I cannot. (I just get empty images in the media center). I thought I would get around this by using your plugin (which I’ve used on many sites). However the files that I upload through ftp do not show up when I browse to the folders they are in. So far I have checked the folder permissions, and done an automatic re-install of WordPress. I checked the error file and copied the referenced file over again from cigarleisure.com (Includes/wp-db.php)
I can’t think what else could cause this.
