Files name in Buddy drive

i have an issue with my files when i upload them
They are renamed f–1, then f–2
I ‘ve read that it’s a problem with ovh, can you help me with that ?

I had already tried those solutions from that topic it’s not working for me
i called ovh, but they don’t suppor plugin from wordpress
they directed me to the ovh community, but I have no enought element to communicate to them
Do yo know why it’s not working with them ?
