OK, I just started a new site. (and I’m new to Word Press)
I’ve added Posts, an About Me page and a Gallery. Then I uploaded WP e-commerce and while doing that it said something like ‘move files to’…I can’t remember, but I did it. I think that was my “bad”. ANyway, I ended up deleting e-commerce. I even went to the File Manager and deleted those files. I logged out and back in, but when I go to my site (dashboard), the main screen says “Welcome to your new Word Press site” and my About Me page and Gallery will not show up (on the site) (they are still in the Dashboard area).

What did I do and how can I get back to my original site?

    Thanks for any help!!!

Aren’t there any experts out there to help me?

All the links now point to your home page. That is why you find the same page. I think your site was started only on 13 June 2012. Though you say you deleted many things, most of the files are still available on your server. So, you may do the following:
    1. Back up your database.
    2. Remove/rename the NextGen gallery plugin
    3. Reset your custom menu to show your About Page and other pages.
    4. Reset your permalinks to some other option

After doing these, see if you find any difference.

Thank you so much for your help. I didn’t realize when I signed up for this, it would be so complicated. I figured most of it out, but I have no idea how to reset permalinks. Could you please give direction there?
    thanks again!!!
