  • There are two possibilities I can think of:

    1. Somehow some files aren’t shared with your Google account in Drive, at least in the way you thought they were

    2. The plugin is picking up a different Google account to the one you expected

For privacy reasons, please could you Email:

Some screenshots of the files in Drive
Screenshots searching for the plugin’s Add Google File dialog box for one of those files that doesn’t show up
More details of the email addresses behind your WordPress and Google accounts

    Thanks,

    Dan

Turns out I missed the “next” button, that brought up the files the first screen hadn’t.

    Thank you.

That’s great. In the free version you can also search by file name if that’s more convenient.

The Premium/Enterprise versions have more comprehensive ways to browse your Drive too – including a fully interactive ‘My Drive’ section where you can browse everything, and click into folders, just like you can in the main interface of Drive itself.

Hope this helps – please send an email if anyone has further questions about any of this as I may not notice additions to this thread: [email protected].

    Thanks,

    Dan

It helped, but I won’t have the money for the premium version for another nine days. We just have to be patient.
