    Hello,
I received alerts from the Antivirus plugin and it seems that googlefonts.php and ipanel.class.php are infected. I’m not sure but confused: are them false positives or not?
I scanned by another security software and everything seems ok.
Please, could you have any suggestion to fix this issue?
    Thanks in advance,
    Stefano

    Hi @plasticin,

AntiVirus does a check whether theme files contain usage of functions which are typically used by malware. This may cause false positives if the theme uses some functions for valid reasons.

You can check those files by comparing them with the original version (from www.remarpro.com or whereever you downloaded your theme).

If the files are not compromised, you can mark them als false positive. Then they will be skipped in future scans.

I hope this answer helps, otherwise don’t hesitate to ask for details.

    Cheers
    Patrick

    Thank you Patrick,
I uploaded and tested the old files (googlefonts.php from 2017 and ipanel.class.php from 2019) and both looks malicious during the scan operation.
    it sounds probably false positive…

    Sorry for my bad english.
