Files in Uploads folder not being delivered via CDN

I connected the plugin with MaxCDN as of yesterday. When looking though the html it seems only some of resources are being delivered via CDN – with an exception of the whole /wp-contents/uploads folder. Thus most of my images are not being delivered via CDN.
