    Hi,

I downloaded the plugin and it is a nice designed plugin, thank you for your time.

But I have a question. As a user you can upload a file and you only see the files, you uploaded. That’s okay, but as a admin I can’t see the uploads of other users.

Is it possible to download all files per workflow? If there are more than 100 users and they all have to upload a specific file, you have to go to 3 folders per person and it takes time to have all the files.

But if you can download all the files in one download or if you see all the downloads in a summery per workflow, it would be even better.

    Hi hetcreatief,

I’m afraid that no, you cannot do what you want at this stage. all uploads
reside under individuals upload directories. So uploads go to
    wp-content/uploads/<userid>/wtf-dir/wtf-subdir/

Another user has also requested the ability to upload to something like
wp-content/uploads/WORKFLOWNAME/<userid>/… so that all user files could be collected under a single directory and collated in a single archive.

It is my intention to implement this at some stage as I can see a need for this, but it wont be for a little while yet.

Until then (if you know some php) you could use a unique directory name in the upload shortcode wtf-dir attribute and write a short script to glob for that name under the uploads directory.

+1 to the feature request though :).
