A few days ago I received an email from WP security about a long list of file changes on the server. It seemed to happen after I updated Yoast and WP. some samples here:

    /var/www/vhosts/expatriatecounseling.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/class-wpseo-primary-term.php (modified on: 2016-03-10 07:49:13)
    /var/www/vhosts/expatriatecounseling.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/yst_seo_score-310.css (modified on: 2016-03-10 07:49:13)

    /var/www/vhosts/expatriatecounseling.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/images/Yoast_SEO_Icon.svg (modified on: 2016-03-10 07:49:13)

    /var/www/vhosts/expatriatecounseling.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/languages/wordpress-seo-fi.mo (modified on: 2016-03-10 07:49:13)
    /var/www/vhosts/expatriatecounseling.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/languages/wordpress-seo-cs_CZ.mo (modified on: 2016-03-10 07:49:13)

Because it is such a a long, extended list, which I have never seen before I am wondering if this is ok.

everything seems to work fine now though

    please advise
