Files are not downloaded

  • Hello,

    We are detecting a problem when downloading files with the WP Customer Area plugin.

    We have configured the plugin in detail, but we see that when we click download the file a blank page is accessed, but the file is not downloaded.

    Hi,

    Most often, this is due to a conflict with another plugin OR with your theme.

    You can try to disable other plugins and activate them one by one and see each time if it works.

    Also you can try with a different theme and see if that works.

    Once you spot the error, we may be able to help more.
