Thanks for using FileBird and sorry about that issue, so to clarify first of all, please note that FileBird’s code does not give it ANY level of permission for auto delete functions so it is very much likely the issue is not associated with FileBird.
But to help you investigate more, could you please take a screenshot of your media library and send us?
Also, could you deactivate FileBird temporarily and check your library, see if your images now show again?
Make sure you are not using option of folder restriction for users:
