Files and folders cannot be deleted when their names have special characters.
When a folder contains a special character, such as ?, everything inside it cannot be deleted.
When trying to delete, it appears to be deleted but when the page is refreshed the file or folder is still there.
My site is in Spanish, so I use characters like ? or accent marks. Please your help, I have purchased the plugin
