Filename as caption not visible

I used to publish the filename as the caption when hovered with the mouse. But unfortunately these are not visible anymore.

This is my current setting:

Enabled: Add caption as title – Show the caption by mouse hover tip
Disabled: Remove filename captions – If a caption is detected as the image filename, replace it with blank
