File/Folder selection

Hi,

Thanks for the awesome plugin.

I was testing this plugin and did the installation steps and authorizing the app with my DropBox account.

However, when i checked the backup log i was surprised to see that the folders and files which were not selected were being uploaded.

I noticed text that the selection was to exclude files and not include them.

I undertand that we need to backup non-core files within wp-content and settings like .htaccess wp-config.php and it was a pain excluding others.

I was wondering if making that option to include instead of exclude, would make selection easier. Just a suggestion.
