New install of WordPress 6.2.2 with Twenty Twenty Three as my theme. Fresh install of the Filebird plugin as well.

An event just recently happened, so I loaded them images into a folder, and inserted a Filebird Gallery widget onto the page. The configuration shows in the right sidebar of the post editor, but the results look TERRIBLE in the editor and on the site. I selected “2 columns” but see only a single column. I see list bullets on the resulting page.

It looks like the contents of block-library/style.css are needed, but aren’t being loaded. If I inject the rules for blocks-gallery-grid from that file into the page, it displays fine.

Why isn’t the file getting included?

If I add a normal gallery widget to the page AFTER the Filebird widget, then the file wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/common.min.css?ver=6.2.2 is included and it works fine. But that feels like a bug.

That’s… odd. The DNS has been up and unchanging since July 2005! I wonder why it isn’t working for you.

Should I install the Gutenberg plugin to make it work?

Hi guys,

I suspected my location might be restricted on the site, so I visited using VPN as USA and the site shows for me now.

So, I could see only two images displayed on the gallery block.
But do you confirm that the chosen folder contains more than two images?

Also, did you reached our tech team as advised earlier, please?

Hi @ninjateamwp ,

I have two posts on the site with Filebird galleries.

The first is https://hemlockgorge.org/fhg/2023/06/11/2023-11-june-a-walk-in-hemlock-gorge/ and it has two pictures in it. The gallery isn’t displaying correctly because of the missing CSS file.

The second is: https://hemlockgorge.org/fhg/2023/04/29/2023-spring-cleanup/ and it has 11 pictures in it. This gallery IS displaying correctly because I ALSO added an empty standard wordpress gallery under the FileBird gallery:

Yes! The update to the plugin yesterday (5.4.4) fixes the problem.
