Filebird Gallery Module Issue

We are using the Filebird Gallery plugin in a post and for some reason there are only 5 folders showing when editing the module, and we want to be able to create other gallery folders to create galleries for various pages. Do you know if this may be a bug or some kind of incompatibility?
