Filebird error establishing a database connection

    Hi,

    I have a problem with filebird lite plugin. I’m using Uncode theme with wpbakery page builder.

    When I try to edit a gallery with the page builder, after filebird tries to load, I get the following message : “error establishing a database connection”.
    Then I turned on WP debug, and got this message “User kiol4318_masterbdd already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections”. It seems that filebird is trying to establish too many connections to the database ?

    When there are only a few images in the gallery, filebird loads fine (see screenshot : https://prnt.sc/pyl7ka ) , but when there are more (around 50), I get this error… (see screenshot : https://prnt.sc/pyl6iy )

    Can you tell me how to fix it please ?

    Hi @fabio1310,

    Can you please disable all plugins except FileBird to see if the issue still persists?

    Hi,

    I disabled all plugins (except necessary plugins for the page builder, provided by Uncode), but still get the same error…
