[fileaway_tutorials] not displaying

Been able to use other FileAway shortcodes on an intranet site under construction.
Running File Away Version: 3.9.9.0.1 on Win server

Much appreciate this excellent plugin and look forward to supporting the paid version once it is available!

Question: just not having any success with this shortcode offered in the docs:
[fileaway_tutorials]

Blank space results on page where, perhaps, the video file list should appear?

Tried this as well: [fileaway_tutorials showto=”administrator]
No joy. Modal set to edit_post. Tried edit_pages and administrator in that options field too.

(Note, in case helpful for future revisions: “admiistrator” has that typo last sentence in paragraph in text tutorial referencing these video.)
