File won’t update

  • Why is it that after I input code into my CSS stylesheet and hit “update file”, the changes don’t save? Thanks in advance.

  • If you edit your files on your computer – it would never happen.
    The online Theme Editor is unsafe:
    a) leaves your files world writable for any idiot hacker
    b) doesn’t have an “undo” button

    So, you are better off editing everything on your machine (after making a backup copy, just in case!) and upload them via ftp.
