File uploads suddenly not working

    I’ve been using the plugin for years, and suddenly the last 2 weeks when people try to submit their CV’s via the form it says There was an error uploading the file.
    I’ve tried removing reCaptcha, I’ve tried switching off other plugins, but nothing is working. Please help.

    You should be able to find something about this in the PHP error logs.

    Please, please help me with this. Which error logs? I’m not finding any. I have a PHP error log plugin running and it’s not logging any errors. The function worked perfectly for years, and suddenly it’s just not. I’m desperate and about to lose this client if I can’t fix this. I’ve tried everything I could find on every forum. I’ve tried permission settings, I’ve tried deactivating plugins, changing file extensions, file sizes but nothing is working. Please can you assist or suggest something to help?

    Could the installation of a SSL certificate have changed things?

    For anyone that might have the same issue, the host increased the upload limit to 100mb and hard coded the temp upload path, which seems to have fixed the issue.
