• I’m having a problem when I try to embed files by uploading them from my computer.

    I click ‘Add document’ button
    I click ‘upload document’
    I upload the document BUT IT DOESN’T SHOW ON THE TOP LEFT TILE OF MY MEDIA LIBRARY AS IT NORMALLY WOULD WHEN YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY UPLOADED A NEW DOCUMENT – SO IT LOOKS AS IF IT HASN’T UPLOADED
    In actual fact, the file has uploaded. The file title is shown in the right hand ‘Attachment details’ pane of the media library, and if you proceed to select the document, it insert successfully. But it looks really unclear.
    So some website admins are thinking their file hasn’t uploaded. It should really show in the top left of the media library so it is clear that the file has uploaded, and that is is selected for insertion.

    Is this an issue for all Embed Any Document users? or is it just me? My media library uploads are generally working fine. I’m getting confused message from people who are trying to upload and embed documents from their computers, which should be very clear and simple!

    note when I said “But it looks really unclear.” – I mean the process of uploading the document and inserting the document appears very unclear – it looks like the upload hasn’t worked.

    The actual embedded file looks fine!
