File Uploads for Customers and Staff

  • Does this plugin support document uploads for customers/staff? If not is there any plugin or other way for this to be done?

    Hi Dave,

    With the premium version of this plugin, you can add custom fields to your order form. And there is indeed a “File” type custom field. With this, you could attach files to specific orders. If you’re making use of the [customer-order] shortcode to allow people to submit orders, then they could also upload a file with their order.

    1. Does the premium version also allow staff to upload files for customers to view?
    2. Do you offer a trial of the premium version?

    Hi Dave,

    If you assign a sales rep to a specific WordPress account, then they could log in to WordPress and view and edit their orders, where they could add a file using the method described in our previous post.

    We do not offer a trial. We do, however, have a two-week refund period policy.

    Thank you. Is it possible to add multiple files to the same order? Or just a single field? We would want to be able to upload multiple files within the same order.

    Hi Dave,

    You can create as many custom fields – of any type – as you want.
