File uploading not working on mobile

    Hello,

    My Forminator Form (https://lecoindesmushers.com/passer-une-annonce/) works apparently fine on computer and also fine on mobile when connected to the admin, but when I’m not connected as an admin, I can’t upload a file.

    If you try, please check the second option for the first question “Qui êtes-vous ?”.

    Already tried to find if there was a conflict with another plugin, but it doesn’t seem…

    Could someone help?

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    I am afraid the form has a Live Stipe payment field,

    Can you please duplicate this form, create a test page, switch the Stripe to sandbox on this text form/page and send us the link so we can try to replicate the problem?

    Hello Patrick,

    I tested the form using the computer and mobile iOS, you should see 3 submissions, it worked on all cases.

    Do you see this issue on any specific device or Browser?

    Thank you! Don’t understand because it doesn’t work on mobile with Safari for me and neither does it for a client a few minutes ago. She was on a computer (Google Chrome).

    Hope you’re having a good day!

    I’ve also checked the form in Safari – desktop and mobile and in both cases I was able to submit without any issue, including with a photo. You should have received 2 new submissions.

    If this is still not working for you and your client, please try clearing the browser cache or checking in an incognito window – I’m suspecting some JS code may have gotten stuck.
