File Uploading Issues

  • All files will upload except for the .ai’s and .psds

    I run a custom printing shop, and some people like to send their own artwork to us. I enabled the file types in the settings, and increased the limit for the maximum file size, so no problems on the actual uploading.

    The problem is in the email where it does not link to the file and it is not uploaded to the website.

    Thanks for any help. I couldn’t find anything here in the forums similar to my issue.
