file uploading and processing via webhook

Hi,

I would like to find out if following use case is possible with Otter Blocks Pro:

1. On the page there is a form which allows user to upload two files.
2. When user submits the form, the files get uploaded and processed via custom webhook.
3. The result of the processing is displayed as another form.
4. User changes the data on the form from step 3
5. When the form is submitted, all the form inputs are processed via custom webhook
6. User can download changed files back.
   

Is it possible to create/handle such scenario?
