File uploader missing in ‘Write Page’ screen after upg to 2.2.3

    I hope I’m not just sidling blindly past something obvious and stupid, but I recently upgraded to 2.2.3, and it appears that the file uploader that used to appear on the ‘Write Post’ screen has disappeared. My WordPress had been up to date prior to the 2.2.3 release, and I had used the file uploader shortly before the upgrade.

    Any thoughts?

    Incidentally, I am holding off on the upgrade to 2.3 until I work out my plugin needs, so I prefer a 2.2 solution.

    Ah, I have solved the problem myself after all.

    It seems that after the upgrade, I activate a plugin that had previously not been activated – namely v. 0.86 of the “Flickr Photo Gallery” plugin. Once deactivated, the uploader returned.
