File Uploaded Successfully!!! Fail to update database

let me know when you fix this i have to uninstall cant use this plugin not working.

It was working perfect on my localhost but is not showing images on server. Any idea?

On my multisite it’s working fine for the “original” (first) site but refuses to work on my second site. Gives me the same error as described above.
