File uploaded not show on email

Hello:

I have create a form with a file upload option but, when the email gets to me, it arrive with all indicated files BUT WITH THE FILE NOT UPLOADED.

There’s something I have to do to include the UPLOAD FILE into the message I will receive on my email?
