File upload works on PC but not of Android

I got the file upload to quickly work on my PC but when I try it on my Android I get a ‘no results from remote server’. I tried in 3 browsers. Has anyone had this issue and how do I resolve it? Thank you, Terry

i just discovered that wfu works on desktop but not mobile:-\
