File Upload Rejected by Server

    I am trying to import posts from XLSX file with 69K rows

    At first, I did a test with 500 rows, and it works great. When I tried to upload the full file 20MB, I got the error – rejected by the server

    I tried to reduce the lines, and finaly succeed to upload the file with 6300 rows, 1.5MB
    The max_file_save is 64MB

    Please advise

    Hey @yalaniv,

    You may have already done this, but I’d advise contacting your host’s support team & asking them to check the server’s error logs, as there should be an entry in there related to this.

    If they’re not seeing anything, please send a copy of your XLSX file and a description of this issue here:?https://www.wpallimport.com/support/. We’ll have to see the data and run tests to understand why it’s being rejected.
