File Upload Rejected by Server

I followed the suggestions of the WP All Import article: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/problems-with-import-files/?utm_source=import-plugin-free&utm_medium=error&utm_campaign=docs, but still nothing.
This is from my hosting provider:
“When uploading the file, no errors are produced under the WordPress error log or the Apache error log on the server. With no error data being recorded to a log, I recommend reaching out to the WP All Import plugin author to see if they are able to provide any additional information related to the error logging for this plugin, as it does not appear to be recording the reported error to standard server logs.”
Can you please help? The only other issue I can think of is my Sucuri monitoring and firewall, but I could not find any documentation on this as a potential cause.
