File upload plugin that saves submitted files in the Dashboard

Hi all!

I’m working on a WP site that requires a custom form with a file upload field. Could anyone recommend a plugin that supports file upload, saves those files in the Dashboard, and has an overview of all submission including the uploaded files?

Any help would be appreciated.
