File upload only shows file name

Any help? Having the same issue. I am not new to this and I have been combing the internet for an answer but hone to be found. I am certain the tags are right…atleast almost, on form I have [file* image] and on mail I have [image]. In the sent email I only see the file name but there is no attachment.
