File Upload Not Working on Phones

    We’re having a problem with the file uploader one of our VFB Pro forms. Uploading a file using a phone or mobile device causes an ISE 500 error. Works fine on desktop/laptops.

    Any suggestions?

  • I suspect I’m having the same problem. On several tablets and smartphones the error I’m getting is 503 Service Unavailable. Desktops/laptops and my old iPhone work fine. WordPress and plugins are all up to date.

    I’ve tried ruling out conflicts with plugins by switching them all off, but that doesn’t make a difference. When I submit the form without having uploaded any files, there’s no error.
