    Hi there,

I currently have a form that is set to a public page. Whenever I am logged in using my NetID for the University I work for, it allows me to upload the file necessary to complete the form (not what we want.. we want anyone logged in or not logged in to be able to). However, when I am on a browser where I am not logged in on, it does not prompt me to the window to upload a file. It also does not give me the pop up calendar within the date field.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @kelsiehall ,

I’m sorry to know about this issue. I tried to check your form but the URL you have shared returns 404 error. Can you share the correct URL?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi Kasia,

The link no longer works due to it being changed. My developer figured out there was a bug within the file upload configuration. This is now fixed, but should be looked into more especially for forms on public sites.

    Best,

    Kelsie

We are happy to hear that the issue is fixed on your side and please let us know the new page link if you need further help on this, so that we can check further.

    Kind regards,
    Zafer
