    Trying out Forminator for the first time but the File Upload function doesnt work. I see it working well when I am logged in as an admin but it doesnt when I log out. I have read most forums with this issue and made sure:

    1. SG Optimizer auto minifying CSS is turned off
    2. Enable logged in submission only is disabled
    3. Cleared cache several times

    and it still didn’t work. What could be the work around this?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mmuganzi !

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

    I’ve checked the mentioned page and in the console I’m seeing quite a few JS errors, all starting with the fact that jQuery isn’t available. Those are unfortunately of the kind that stops all other JS code from functioning.

    Since it works while logged in, but not for logged out users, I’d say it’s still most likely a caching issue – something still being stuck. My guess would be that the server-side cache is still holding some old data and clearing it should resolve the issue (this may be separate from the caches created by caching plugins so clearing those may not be enough).

    Best regards,
    Pawel

    I have purged several times including my browser with no luck. It also wont work on mobile browsers and yet most of my clients will be using mobile.

    Do you have anything else in mind that I can possibly try?

    @mmuganzi

    There appears to be a workaround that if you set the form to load via AJAX it will load ok.

    So, Forms > Edit Form > Behaviour > at bottom .. Rendering > Load Form using AJAX
