We have had the same problem since Version 5.3.2
One of the team accidently updates the plugin and it is offline again for days until someone notices

Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

I get the following message displayed to the user when clicking submit.

There was an error uploading the file.

It seems to be if a picture dimensions are too small or too big. But I’ve not added any restrictions.

That message indicates that some sort of PHP error occurred. You should be able to find some clue in the PHP error logs on the server.

Where do I find the php logs thanks

The administrator of the site or host support should know that.

I dont know if this helps but this is what only shows up in the log.
