File upload not working

    I have a file upload field in my multistep form, it opens up an explorer window on click, I can choose a file, but upon upload and submission nothing shows up in entries.

    What could be the problem? Is additional setup required?

    Hi,
    unfortunately the file uploads are not saved in the entries. The files are not saved on the web server permanently, so they can not be served. All the files are attached to the emails that you receive after each form submission.

    Uploads are not coming through as Attachments to the message. How can this be set up?

    Same issue, the uploads are not getting attached to emails. Please help.

    I also experience this issue? Please help! However it only appear not to be functioning when I use my own email as reciever. When I use my Colleague email it works fine it appears?

    it’s simple – User selects file to upload and submits. and attachment DOES NOT ATTACH.

    Also, the date format doesn’t change on the live form when changing it on the setup. In the USA the typical format is mm-dd-yyyy but it defaults to something else and shows something else.

    Date picker problem should be solved.
