File Upload not work on condition

  • If you add a conditional logic on a input “file” field, the upload not working on safari browsers (desktop and mobile) No JS error no console error. How can i fix this?

  • Hi,

    yes, it is an issue with the Safari browser when file input is conditionally hidden it is not triggered when it is visible. We are working on this issue but Safari doesn’t have any patch on this yet.

    We are also thinking to add native file upload control and remove progressbar ajax file upload for Safari browsers.

    So for now can you please manage to use File inputs without conditions so it works fine.
