File upload not showing

Hi,
Downloaded and activated the plugin and it doesn’t seem to be working. We’d like to use the file upload feature and it is not showing. I set it to show for the ‘Flyers’ product and it does not show any where in the checkout process.
Wordpress version: 4.9.5
Plugin version: 4.2.1
WooCommerce version: 3.3.5

Any ideas what I can do to get the file upload to show?
